How are we unique?
There are a lot of lenders out there, an enormous amount of large institutional
lenders—that will, you guessed it—treat you as large institutional lenders do.
If you like the “take a number” philosophy you’re going to hate us. We are
small and are painstaking in regards to personal service and making sure
everything is done thoroughly in order to get you the loan that you want. What
exactly does that mean? We are unique and different in that we “come” to
you! Yes, that’s right. We meet you at your convenience whether that is at
home, at lunch, at your work or over the phones. If you hate doing paperwork
this is the company for you. We don’t send you home with a packet to fill out
and a command to bring it back to us when you get it filled out—unless of
course you want to do that. We can gather that information either over the
phone or in person. Our entire mission statement is to serve you.
